Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Public Trust; active Secret Clearance is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or experience (6 years).
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Meraki dashboard, and Meraki MX/Z/AP series.
- Candidate must be DoD 8570 IAT Level I or Level II compliant.
- Experience in general networking and network administration, upgrade and operations.
- Good technical writing skills with established experience producing reports using the Microsoft Office Suite including Visio. Knowledge of elementary design to the concept level.
- An understanding of telecommunication room (TR), CAT 6, crimps, and wiring standards. Having a BICSI certification is a plus.
- Experience with team leading, site survey, site installation and configuration of wired and wireless networks.
- Use measuring and diagnostic equipment to test, adjust and optimize wireless network system operation.
- An understanding of wired networks to include equipment (router, switch and VPN), protocols (VLan, Trunking and QoS) and the propagation of network traffic. Including SDWAN, VXLAN and EVPN.
- Experience working aloft and understanding of OSHA rules for work on man lifts.

- The ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
- Exceptional people skills with focus on good customer relations and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of military and government personnel.
- A valid driver's license is also required.
