• Administer Windows EC2 instances and troubleshoot issues spanning AWS networking, security controls, operating systems, DNS, certificates, and application connectivity.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to deploy and maintain environments based on technical requirements from development teams, government partners, and customers.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Support infrastructure operating under federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements, including NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, continuous monitoring, and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Perform vulnerability analysis, remediation, validation, security hardening, and configuration management.
• Work with technologies such as Tenable/Nessus, SIEM/logging platforms, endpoint security solutions, firewalls, and network security tools.
• Evaluate vulnerability findings for technical applicability and implement appropriate remediation.
